For stakeholder engagement, take the lead as Product Owner within the domain, working alongside sustainability experts and business unit members to collect and analyze sustainability data, meet reporting requirements, and drive performance improvements. Regularly synchronize with ESG points of contact across Business Units to ensure initiatives are effectively implemented, fostering team growth and cohesion to achieve group ESG targets.

In data management and analysis, collect and interpret relevant data to support the organization’s sustainability goals, ensuring accuracy and actionable insights. Conduct in-depth sustainability data analyses, benchmarking, and gap analysis to identify improvement areas, and develop comprehensive reports and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with sustainability reporting standards and regulations. Lead IT/data development projects from end to end, providing guidance at the intersection of business, technology, and operations, prioritizing features and metrics to meet disclosure requirements and business strategy, ensuring quality deliverables within budget.
