Message from our Founder for the Class of 2026

A personal reflection

One of the highlights of May was the opportunity for our founder Francine Carron to return to her alma mater, the Brussels School of Governance, as honorary keynote speaker for the graduating class.

Twenty-one years after graduation, it was a privilege to share lessons from a career that has spanned international development, sustainability, aviation and entrepreneurship.

The experience served as a reminder that careers are rarely linear, and that some of the most rewarding moments come from helping the next generation prepare for their own journeys.
